Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to contact@bluebeaver.store, to request authorisation. Items sent back to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
It is important to note that you are responsible for shipping the return with a traceable service, as Blue Beaver cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
As a small business, we currently offer exchanges or refunds only for damaged or faulty items. If you believe you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at contact@bluebeaver.store to initiate the exchange process.
Refunds
Refunds will be considered for items found to be faulty within 7 days of receiving the product. To inquire about a refund, please contact us at contact@bluebeaver.store. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our assessment of the item's condition.
Sale Items
Sale items purchased on major sale days such as Black Friday, Boxing Day, Afterpay Day, or any type of Frenzy event cannot be refunded but are eligible for exchange for a different size.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, please note that a $10 cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to intercept it for cancellation.
